Chanel, Monaco – 6-month internship as Customer Service Assistant supporting boutique repair and maintenance operations. Starts January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily operations
- Greet clients and provide exceptional service during repair intake and collection procedures
- Transform client concerns into loyalty through superior relational skills and problem-resolution
- Advise clients on appropriate care and maintenance techniques for each article category
- Manage customer service operations including computerized repair tracking, workshop coordination, quality control upon return, correspondence, and client communications
- Execute minor in-store repairs as required
- Contribute to the overall customer experience within the boutique environment
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme in commerce or management
- First professional experience in retail (sales, inventory management) or customer service management
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and luxury retail
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and software
- Strong interpersonal and service-orientation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational discipline
