Chanel internship: 3-month Customer Service Assistant role at Paris Boutique 19 Cambon, starting October 2026. Repair & maintenance support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily SAV operations and client interactions
- Welcome local and international clients in boutique, providing excellence in service during article deposits and collections
- Convert dissatisfied customers into loyal patrons through superior relationship-building and problem resolution
- Advise clients on appropriate maintenance and care protocols specific to each product category
- Manage SAV operational workflow: register repairs in system, track submissions to ateliers, inspect returned items, draft correspondence, and coordinate telephone communications
- Perform minor in-boutique repairs as required
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in tertiary commerce or management studies
- Prior retail experience (sales, inventory management, or similar)
- Proficiency in English
- Competent with standard IT tools and software
- Strong sense of service orientation
- Demonstrated dynamism and attention to detail
Skills
Experience
First experience in retail, sales, inventory management, or customer service operations preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed tertiary-level studies in commerce, business management, or related discipline.
