Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in daily operations.
- Welcome local and international clients, ensuring exceptional service during item drop-offs and collections.
- Transform dissatisfied clients into loyal customers through exemplary interpersonal skills.
- Advise clients on appropriate maintenance for various types of items.
- Participate in the operational management of customer service, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, coordinating with workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications.
- Support the execution of minor repairs within the boutique.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in business or management.
- Previous experience in retail or management, such as sales or stock management.
