Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in daily operations.
- Welcome local and international clients, ensuring a superior service experience during item deposits and collections.
- Transform dissatisfied customers into loyal patrons through exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Advise clients on appropriate care for various product types.
- Participate in the operational management of customer service, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, coordinating shipments to workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications.
- Support minor in-store repairs.

- Previous experience in retail or management.
