Chanel Paris boutique internship: 6-month customer service and repair coordinator role, January 2027. Support team and client relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily operations and client interactions
- Welcome local and international clients at boutique during deposits and withdrawals of articles, delivering exceptional service standards
- Address client concerns through relationship management and personalized support to foster loyalty
- Advise clients on appropriate maintenance and care for different product categories
- Manage service operations including computerized tracking of repairs, coordination with repair workshops, quality control upon article return, correspondence, and telephone communications
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks in-boutique as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in commerce or management
- First professional experience in retail operations, sales, inventory management, or customer service
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and the luxury retail environment
- English language proficiency
- Proficiency with computer systems and office applications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Attention to detail and operational rigor
- Service-oriented mindset and professional demeanor
Skills
Experience
First professional experience in retail (sales, inventory management) or customer service operations preferred.
