Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer-knowledge and insights projects for Fashion Marketing in France, from scoping to delivery and post-project evaluation.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative customer data into actionable segmentation, targeting and lifecycle strategies that inform marketing and CRM campaigns.
- Design and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs (acquisition, retention, CLV, campaign performance) and present results to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams — marketing, CRM, merchandising, digital and external agencies — ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
- Define data requirements, oversee data quality checks and liaise with data engineering/privacy teams to ensure compliant use of customer information.
- Manage project plans, budgets and vendor relationships; identify risks and propose mitigation to meet scope and timelines.
- Advise on A/B testing, campaign measurement methodologies and continuous optimisation of customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, data science or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing customer-insights or CRM projects within fashion, luxury retail or premium consumer brands.
- Strong analytical rigour with proven ability to synthesize complex datasets into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to present to senior and cross-functional audiences.
- Familiarity with privacy and data-governance constraints applicable to customer data (e.g., GDPR).

Approximately 3–6 years of progressive experience in customer insights, CRM, or marketing project management, ideally within fashion, luxury retail or premium consumer sectors, with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives and measurable commercial impact.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, data science or related field; master's degree or specialised training in analytics/market research preferred.
