Chanel Customer Care Intern, Paris. 6-month internship coordinating Fashion and Watches & Jewellery customer service operations across Europe, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer service operations between the Customer Care center and internal Chanel teams to deliver impeccable client service
- Track and update client cases within Chanel's systems to ensure accurate and responsive handling of customer requests
- Uphold Chanel-defined processes and contribute to their continuous improvement across European markets
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving multiple teams to elevate service quality and consistency
- Conduct regular visits to the external service provider to strengthen communication and ensure effective operational collaboration
Qualifications
- Experience or strong affinity for client-facing environments and customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders
- Solution-oriented mindset with demonstrated rigour and ability to prioritize tasks in a demanding environment
- Strong proficiency in French (written and spoken) and good command of English (written and spoken)
- Adaptability and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork in multicultural and cross-functional settings

Experience in or strong affinity for client-facing environments and customer relationship management, with demonstrated ability to handle client communications and coordinate service delivery in a luxury or professional setting.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in business, customer service, hospitality, management, or a related discipline; university-level education or equivalent professional training required.
