Chanel seeks a CRM Specialist in Brussels, Belgium: data-driven role managing client analytics, EDM campaigns and loyalty programme for Fragrance & Beauty (Oct 2026–May 2027).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own client data analysis and maintain regular reporting to track CRM performance and client behaviour
  • Work hands-on with PowerBI, Imagino and Salesforce to build dashboards and reporting infrastructure
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies and opportunities in client data, translating findings into clear recommendations
  • Develop local data request documents to inform and optimise EDM strategies based on client insights
  • Run post-campaign analyses to measure impact and identify performance drivers
  • Plan and manage the EDM campaign calendar to ensure effective, data-informed communications
  • Coordinate print marketing campaigns supporting key events and personalised birthday gifting initiatives
  • Oversee EDM validation to maintain accuracy and consistency across all communications
  • Monitor and continuously improve the loyalty programme (La Collection) using data-driven insights
  • Act as liaison with the Customer Care Centre for Fragrance & Beauty CRM topics
  • Guide and coach the CRM Intern in EDM execution and campaign reporting

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a CRM, data analytics or data-driven marketing role
  • Proficiency in BI tools, with PowerBI strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Imagino or equivalent
  • Strong ability to work autonomously with complex datasets and draw analytical conclusions
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French and Dutch
  • Experience in retail, FMCG or luxury industries is advantageous

Experience
