Chanel seeks an ambitious CRM Project Assistant Intern to support Fragrances and Beauty digital initiatives in Neuilly-sur-Seine, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CRM project management team in the execution and coordination of digital marketing initiatives for the Fragrances and Beauty division
- Assist in data analysis, campaign tracking, and customer relationship management activities
- Contribute to the development and optimization of CRM strategies and processes
- Support communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Document project progress, maintain timelines, and assist in reporting metrics to senior management
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in CRM systems, digital marketing, or customer data analytics
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication abilities in French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and analytical tools
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; however, academic projects or coursework in marketing, CRM, or project management would be advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in marketing, business administration, digital strategy, or related discipline at a university or business school.
