Chanel seeks CRM Engagement & Client Communication intern in Paris for Perfumes Beauty division, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of client engagement campaigns across European markets
- Support the development and refinement of CRM communication strategies for the Beauty and Perfumes division
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of client communication initiatives
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform project optimization
- Prepare project documentation and status reports for internal stakeholders
- Manage administrative tasks related to CRM platform operations and client database maintenance
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recent graduate of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
- Proficiency in French and English
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or customer relationship management concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Recently completed academic coursework in marketing, business development, or communications; limited professional experience acceptable for internship level.
Education
