CHANEL Toronto seeks CRM Coordinator for 5-month fixed-term role supporting Fashion client engagement and loyalty initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily Fashion CRM Team operations, including administrative tasks such as shipping, organization, and tracking of gifting and invoicing
  • Organize data and presentations while providing support with follow-up communication to boutique CRM champions on assigned tasks
  • Support and collaborate on event logistics, including RSVP tracking and logistical coordination
  • Execute CRM programs and initiatives that strengthen client connections and elevate brand experience in the Canadian market
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
  • Perform additional duties as requested by the CRM Manager, Fashion Team, or CHANEL Head Office to support business needs
