Chanel — Paris: Contract CRM Campaign Project Manager (CDD) to plan and deliver CRM campaigns across channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of CRM marketing campaigns from brief to post‑launch analysis, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on brand.
- Define campaign timelines, briefs and production schedules; coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including digital marketing, data & analytics, creative, retail and legal/compliance.
- Manage campaign production and quality assurance across channels (email, SMS, owned apps), including content validation, testing and deployment.
- Oversee audience segmentation and targeting in collaboration with CRM analysts to ensure optimal deliverability and relevance.
- Monitor campaign performance KPIs, produce actionable reports, and recommend optimisations to enhance engagement and revenue.
- Coordinate external vendors and service providers, negotiating deliverables and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Maintain campaign calendars, track budgets and escalate risks or blockers to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all CRM activity complies with data protection regulations (GDPR) and internal privacy policies.
Qualifications
- Proven project management capabilities with the ability to prioritise multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of CRM & lifecycle marketing principles, segmentation strategies and performance measurement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; capacity to translate strategic objectives into operational plans.
- Understand data protection requirements (GDPR) as they apply to CRM communications.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem‑solving aptitude.

Experience
Typically requires 3–5 years of progressive experience managing CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns, preferably within luxury retail, fashion or beauty environments, with direct responsibility for campaign delivery and cross‑channel coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline; master's degree or equivalent professional qualifications advantageous.
