Chanel internship in CRM campaign project management at Paris headquarters, coordinating European campaigns across Fashion, Beauty and Jewellery divisions for six months from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full CRM campaign production cycle from initial briefing to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery across all divisions
- Drive quality assurance and validation phases across campaigns, strengthening deliverable quality and consistency
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between CRM Marketing teams, Activation Consultants and Production partners through rigorous production tracking and project management
- Monitor and track campaign performance, providing accurate reporting to support team decision-making and strategic planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement of campaign execution processes and overall operational efficiency within the team
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination and organisational capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- Foundational knowledge of digital marketing and CRM fundamentals
- Rigorous analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and quality-first approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and demonstrated comfort with digital tools and platforms
- Fluency in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience
No specific professional experience required; however, candidates should demonstrate familiarity with digital marketing environments and CRM concepts through academic studies, internships, or relevant coursework.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline. Coursework or demonstrated understanding of customer relationship management and digital marketing principles is advantageous.
