Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of Europe-wide CRM campaigns, including calendar maintenance, brief preparation and campaign trafficking.
- Coordinate with local market teams, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely localisation, compliance and brand consistency.
- Prepare campaign assets and perform quality assurance on content, links and deliverability prior to send.
- Manage segmentation requests and target-list preparation in collaboration with data teams; assist with audience setup and suppression rules.
- Assist in A/B testing, personalization implementation and predictive targeting initiatives to optimise engagement.
- Extract, consolidate and analyse campaign performance metrics (open, CTR, conversion) and produce post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure GDPR and internal data-privacy requirements are observed; flag compliance issues to project owners.
- Contribute to process documentation and workflow improvements to scale CRM activity across European markets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to draft clear briefs and liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate data into recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable preparing reports and presentations.

Experience
Previous internship or practical exposure in CRM, digital marketing or campaign operations preferred; demonstrable coursework or project experience in email marketing and campaign analytics is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or related field.
