Role & Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of CRM campaigns and client engagement programs across European markets
• Assist in the development and maintenance of customer databases and segmentation strategies
• Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for project leadership
• Provide administrative support for project meetings, stakeholder coordination, and documentation

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master's degree programme in marketing, CRM, business administration, or related field
• Demonstrated interest in luxury retail, fashion marketing, or customer relationship management
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Skills

Experience

No specific prior professional experience required; relevant coursework, academic projects, or internship experience in marketing or CRM is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, CRM, communications, or a related discipline.
