Chanel seeks a Creative Project Coordinator for a six-month contract in Neuilly-sur-Seine, assisting with integrated skincare campaign management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope and parameters from brief through deployment
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring adherence to established deadlines
- Consolidate and organize project information across all stakeholders
- Oversee and coordinate functional testing processes
- Manage international deployment of creative campaigns and initiatives
- Develop and coordinate 360° integrated communication packages across channels
- Support senior project leaders in campaign execution and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management or creative coordination experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate project needs
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills
- Artistic sensibility and adaptability in a creative environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Keynote

Experience
Experience in project coordination, creative campaign management, or similar operational support roles within a luxury, beauty, or fast-paced creative environment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; higher education in project management, communications, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
