Chanel internship: Creative Project Operations Assistant - 6-month contract in Neuilly-sur-Seine supporting Parfums campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and format comprehensive 360° communication books, including creative briefs, market data, and competitive benchmarks
- Organize and manage meetings: define objectives, document proceedings, and track key project milestones
- Ensure creative deliverables conform to approved briefs and brand standards
- Develop clear and impactful presentations of communication books to internal stakeholders
- Synthesize feedback from multiple teams and relay recommendations to creative departments
- Manage international campaign rollout coordination with diverse internal and external partners
- Proactively monitor project deadlines and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout delivery cycles
- Anticipate project phases and coordinate smooth workflow across geographies
- Conduct trend research and competitive analysis across digital, societal, and artistic landscapes
- Present relevant recommendations and strategic insights to inform creative direction
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, communication, or university)
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Excel, and Word
- Strong written and spoken English
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational rigor
- Demonstrated aesthetic sensibility and visual design awareness
- Autonomous work style with proactive problem-solving orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
