Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and format 360° communication books, ensuring alignment with creative briefs.
- Share creative briefs, market insights, digital best practices, and competitive benchmarks.
- Organize meetings, define objectives, draft minutes, and track key milestones.
- Ensure creative deliverables adhere to briefs and create impactful presentations.
- Develop and present communication books, key campaign supports.
- Coordinate feedback and synthesize information for creative teams.
- Manage international deployment, facilitating communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Maintain proactive relationship management and deadline adherence.
- Anticipate project milestones and ensure smooth project organization.
- Address specific market needs and oversee creative mock-up approvals and deliveries.
- Conduct digital, societal, and artistic trend monitoring.
- Perform sectoral benchmarks and research inspirations.
- Propose relevant brand recommendations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, communication, or university).
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, digital curiosity, and aesthetic sense.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, and Word.
- Autonomy, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a background in business, communication, or related fields is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, communication, or a related field.
