Role & Responsibilities

• Support the creative films and imagery team across pre-production, production and post-production for Parfums Beauté campaigns.
• Assist in organising and preparing shoots: manage call sheets, shot lists, talent and crew coordination, location logistics and basic set administration.
• Handle ingesting, transcoding and basic logging of footage; prepare dailies and maintain structured media asset libraries with correct metadata.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies, production companies and post houses to follow up deliverables and schedules.
• Provide on-set assistance including equipment prep, continuity support and light grip/camera assistance under the direction of senior crew.
• Support basic editing, assembly and format conversions for digital channels and internal reviews.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and confidentiality protocols for assets and campaign materials.
• Contribute to archiving, file organisation and version control to facilitate efficient reuse of campaign content.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in film production, audiovisual communication, photography, multimedia or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrable knowledge of production workflows (pre-production, set procedures, post-production) and terminology.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-moving production environments.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across creative, marketing and external production teams.
• Proficiency in French and a strong working knowledge of English is highly desirable.

Experience

Internship-level role; prior experience via internships or student projects in film/video production, advertising or in-house creative teams is preferred (typically 3–12 months).

Education

Degree-level study in film, audiovisual production, photography, multimedia, communications or equivalent; current student or recent graduate.
