Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creative development of boutique events, window concepts and temporary installations for the jewellery and watchmaking divisions from concept through execution.
- Produce moodboards, layout sketches, technical drawings and scale models to communicate design intent to internal teams and external suppliers.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising, retail operations, marketing, ateliers and external fabricators to ensure timely delivery of fixtures, props and scenography.
- Assist with sourcing materials and finishes appropriate to fine jewellery and watch presentations while ensuring brand-quality standards.
- Contribute to installation planning and on-site fit-ups, including supervision during set-up and liaison with vendors and boutique teams.
- Maintain project documentation, asset libraries, budgets and installation schedules; track approvals and version control for creative deliverables.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s program in visual merchandising, set design, product or fashion design, scenography, event management or equivalent, and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract in France.
- Demonstrated aesthetic sensitivity with a keen understanding of luxury presentation and window display principles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work within production constraints.
- Comfort liaising with cross-functional teams and external suppliers; professional demeanour appropriate for client-facing boutique environments.

Experience
Previous internships, academic projects or practical experience in visual merchandising, event production, set or exhibition design—preferably within luxury retail, jewellery or watchmaking contexts. This role is entry-level and tailored for a candidate beginning their professional development through an alternance program.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (visual merchandising, fashion/product design, scenography, event management or equivalent) and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship placement.
