Chanel (Paris) seeks a Coupa Application Expert / S2P Gatekeeper (Level 3) to lead Coupa support, governance and integrations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Level 3 Coupa application specialist, resolving complex incidents and escalations for the Source-to-Pay (S2P) suite.
- Act as S2P gatekeeper: enforce configuration standards, approve production changes and uphold procurement governance across processes and modules.
- Lead configuration, testing, deployment and release management for Coupa enhancements and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT and external vendors to design, document and optimise end-to-end S2P workflows.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and training materials; deliver knowledge transfer to regional support teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives: identify root causes, implement corrective actions and propose functional enhancements to increase automation and control.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Coupa application specialist or senior consultant, ideally supporting enterprise-scale implementations and 3rd-line support.
- Deep understanding of S2P processes (sourcing, requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing and supplier management) and associated controls.
- Experience managing production change control, testing cycles (UAT/regression) and cutover activities.
- Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, middleware) and data flows between Coupa and ERP/financial systems; Coupa certification preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience supporting or implementing procure-to-pay systems, with demonstrable hands-on Coupa experience and a history of owning complex incident resolution and release activities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
