The Counter Manager represents Chanel’s values through personalized in-store client experiences, exceptional consultations and service, and sales leadership for the Fragrance & Beauty account. This permanent, full-time role is 30 hours per week at Shoppers Drug Mart on Bloor Street in Toronto.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a unique, personalized one-to-one in-store client experience that reflects Chanel’s values.
- Drive maximum sales volume while delivering superior client service and responding to customer needs to generate repeat sales and customer loyalty.
- Provide superior client service with interest, courtesy and sincerity.
- Deliver exceptional client care to every customer through consultations.
- Apply selling skills to address customer needs.
- Achieve the annual sales goals planned for the Fragrance & Beauty account.
- Grow the customer base and build the business for the future.
- Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
