Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver superior client service through consultative engagement, demonstrating interest, courtesy and sincerity at all times
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and recommend products accordingly
- Achieve established annual sales targets and goals for the Fragrance & Beauty account
- Expand the customer base and develop long-term business relationships through repeat sales
- Build and maintain strong in-store business relationships with management and team members
- Embody Chanel brand values through every client interaction
- Maximize sales volume whilst maintaining the standards of luxury client experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or beauty counter management
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage sales pipelines
- Strong client service orientation and experience managing client relationships
- Understanding of luxury beauty and fragrance products
- Ability to work effectively within a retail environment
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty counter operations, or comparable client-facing sales roles is required. Experience managing sales targets and building client loyalty in a beauty or prestige beauty environment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; post-secondary qualification in retail management, business, or hospitality is advantageous.
