Chanel Counter Manager position in Toronto—lead a luxury beauty counter team and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily counter operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Lead and mentor a team of beauty advisors, ensuring exceptional client service and product knowledge
- Drive sales performance and achievement of key performance indicators through effective merchandising and client engagement
- Maintain visual presentation and displays according to Chanel global standards
- Cultivate and retain high-value clientele through personalized service and loyalty programs
- Train team members on product features, application techniques, and brand heritage

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a retail beauty counter or similar luxury environment

- Strong leadership and team management experience

- Fluency in English; French proficiency is a strong asset
