Role & Responsibilities
- Provide superior client service through personalized consultations and demonstrating genuine interest and sincerity to every customer
- Generate maximum sales volume while maintaining the Chanel luxury experience and achieving annual Fragrance & Beauty account sales targets
- Expand the customer base and build long-term business through effective client relationship management
- Build and maintain strong in-store business relationships through clear, professional communication with store staff and management
- Develop and execute consultative selling strategies that address individual customer needs and drive repeat purchases
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional luxury client service in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to relate to diverse customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing a beauty or fragrance counter preferred

Experience
Demonstrated experience in luxury retail sales with a proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales objectives. Prior experience managing a beauty, fragrance, or prestige goods counter is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; post-secondary retail management, business, or customer service training is an asset.
