Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Chanel Parfums & Beauté counter at Breuninger Düsseldorf
- Manage sales performance and achieve departmental KPIs through effective team leadership
- Mentor and train beauty consultants on product knowledge, Chanel brand heritage, and luxury service standards
- Drive customer engagement and deliver personalized luxury beauty experiences
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and counter presentation according to Chanel guidelines
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and product replenishment
- Analyze sales data and report on counter performance to Breuninger management
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a beauty or fragrance counter in a luxury retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Deep knowledge of Chanel products or equivalent luxury beauty portfolio
- Fluency in German and English
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build client relationships
- Experience with luxury brand standards and clienteling practices

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing a beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics counter in selective retail or luxury department store environment. Demonstrated success in driving sales and developing high-performing teams.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; beauty industry certification or training in luxury retail preferred.
