Counter Manager position at Chanel's fragrance and beauty counter in North Vancouver, BC. Full-time permanent role driving luxury client experience and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver superior client service through personalized consultations, demonstrating sincere interest, courtesy, and product expertise
- Generate maximum sales volume whilst maintaining achievement of annual fragrance and beauty account targets
- Build and expand the customer base through relationship cultivation and repeat business development
- Establish strong in-store business relationships and communicate effectively with retail partners and management
- Embody and communicate Chanel's luxury brand values and ultimate client experience standards
- Manage counter operations and ensure optimal presentation of fragrance and beauty products
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail sales and client service
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in beauty or fragrance retail
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to identify and address client needs
- Experience managing retail counter operations in a partnership or wholesale environment
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of demonstrated experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or retail sales management, preferably in a department store or counter-based environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, retail management, or hospitality studies preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
