Role & Responsibilities
- Generate maximum sales volume while providing superior client service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Deliver personalized one-to-one client consultations and extended care through professional product expertise
- Achieve annual sales goals and targets for the Fragrance & Beauty account
- Expand the customer base and build long-term business through relationship development
- Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication with store management and colleagues

Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in providing luxury client service in a premium retail environment

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or prestige beauty sales is preferred, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional client service in a counter or specialty retail environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; post-secondary training in retail, business, or customer service is an asset.
