Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the fragrance and beauty counter
- Supervise and mentor a team of beauty advisors and sales associates
- Drive sales targets and achieve key performance indicators for the fragrance and beauty categories
- Maintain optimal product presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and product ordering
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
