Chanel seeks a Counter Manager for Basel, Switzerland to lead a luxury beauty team at Manor Basel. Luxury retail management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (sales performance, inventory) to achieve annual targets
- Lead by example: apply acquired training in sales techniques, continuously expand beauty product knowledge through proactive self-study, and model Chanel's service standards
- Develop, train, and motivate team members; organize schedules for optimal coverage
- Cultivate an excellence-focused culture by enhancing advisory services, promoting connected experiences, and communicating brand storytelling
- Acquire new clients and build lasting customer relationships
- Propose and organize events to support campaign success and iconic product launches
- Maintain impeccable point-of-sale presentation, including merchandising, planograms, and assortment management
- Build strong partnerships with the Manor store management through excellent relationship and communication skills
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in luxury retail
- Strong passion for customer experience
- Coaching capabilities to train and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences
