Chanel Counter Coverage Consultant role in Sydney – flexible retail support position for boutique counter operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide counter coverage during peak retail periods and staff absences
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product expertise across assigned counter zones
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain counter appearance and product displays to brand standards
- Support sales associates in achieving targets and merchandising objectives
Qualifications
- Retail or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and peak periods
- Product knowledge or ability to quickly learn complex beauty and fragrance portfolios

1-3 years of retail or hospitality counter experience preferred
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further retail or beauty credentials advantageous
