Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data projects supporting cosmetovigilance activities: requirements capture, solution design, delivery, and validation within regulated frameworks.
  • Define and enforce data governance standards, data quality rules and metadata practices for safety-related datasets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Safety/Regulatory, Quality, IT, Business Users, Legal) to prioritise deliverables and ensure regulatory readiness.
  • Develop reporting and analytics specifications for adverse event monitoring, signal detection and regulatory submissions.
  • Oversee implementation of data integration, ETL and data modelling activities; validate data lineage and traceability for auditability.
  • Manage project timelines, risk registers, budgets and vendor relationships; prepare project documentation and executive status updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of cosmetovigilance processes, SOPs and data-related controls to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, data science, engineering or a closely related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of cosmetovigilance or pharmacovigilance principles, safety reporting requirements and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven project management capability with experience running cross-functional data projects in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management and the fundamentals of data integration and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with capacity to translate regulatory needs into technical requirements.
