Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and input post-marketing cosmetovigilance cases into a dedicated database.
  • Support the monitoring and anonymization of cosmetovigilance cases.
  • Perform MedDRA coding and narrative writing.
  • Manage the return of suspected products.
  • Prepare standard and specific data queries and generate quantitative and qualitative reports.
  • Consolidate, exploit, and analyze global data for signal detection.
  • Monitor improvement and mitigation actions from signal exploitation.
  • Prepare activity and performance indicators.
  • Administer existing databases, train users, manage anomalies, and oversee updates and validation.
  • Contribute to new IT system projects from needs definition to validation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of the Quality Management System through document updates, anomaly management, and stakeholder training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills

Proficiency in technical English, particularly in writing. Expertise in European cosmetovigilance regulations and methodologies. Knowledge of Vigilance Databases and Power BI. Familiarity with medical terminology, MedDRA coding, and narrative writing. Understanding of information system validation standards and methodologies. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to work autonomously with precision and reliability. Critical thinking and team collaboration skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in data management or pharmacovigilance is required.

Education

Master's degree in Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, or equivalent.
