Chanel seeks Beauty Advisor in Seoul, Korea—luxury cosmetics sales, client consultation, and brand representation in duty-free retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized beauty consultations and drive sales of Chanel fragrance, makeup, and skincare products
- Cultivate meaningful and enduring client relationships through attentive, thoughtful engagement and personalized product recommendations
- Maintain impeccable store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and grooming guidelines consistent with Chanel specifications
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and compliance with operational procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with colleagues and head office to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Inspire customers to discover their best self through expert beauty guidance and authentic brand communication
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher qualification, with preference for beauty, cosmetics, or related field study
- Fluency in Chinese (HSK certification preferred) or demonstrated proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
- Professional beauty credentials in makeup, skincare, or cosmetology (preferred)
- Demonstrated passion for beauty culture and commitment to career development in the cosmetics industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with customer-centric orientation
- Strong ethical standards and service mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts as required by store scheduling
Skills
Experience
Cosmetics, beauty retail, or luxury hospitality experience is preferred; candidates transitioning into beauty retail with strong service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Education
