Chanel is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Singapore to deliver luxury client consultations and drive cosmetics sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and makeup/skincare services to clients, translating product knowledge into tailored recommendations and experiential demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up and conversion of walk-in traffic.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM and bespoke outreach, scheduling appointments and managing client records with discretion.
- Support visual merchandising and product presentation to ensure displays reflect Chanel standards and seasonal directives.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions and assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory control.
- Participate in brand trainings, product briefings and in-store events; act as an ambassador for Chanel’s values and image.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in luxury cosmetics, prestige skincare or premium beauty brands; demonstrable sales results preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver makeup application and skincare consultations to a high standard.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset and discretion handling high-net-worth clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays; authorised to work in Singapore.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury beauty retail or a comparable client-facing role, with a track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat client business.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or certificate-level training in cosmetology, makeup artistry or related beauty disciplines preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
