Chanel Copenhagen is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver luxury skincare, makeup and fragrance consultations in its boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised one-to-one consultations across skincare, makeup and fragrance to an affluent clientele, translating needs into product and service recommendations.
- Deliver professional in-store services including makeup application, skincare treatments and product demonstrations to drive trial and conversion.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and targeted upselling.
- Develop and maintain a proprietary client book, executing proactive clienteling and follow-up via CRM to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Support merchandising standards, visual presentation and stock replenishment to ensure an impeccable boutique environment.
- Actively participate in product launches, training sessions and promotional activities to sustain category expertise and sell-through.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and brand policies.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics or skincare environments (preferably 1–3 years).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-centric demeanour.
- Professional presentation and strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with a luxury house.
- A cosmetology, beauty therapy or related qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience in luxury beauty retail, cosmetics counters or boutique environments with proven sales performance and client management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/beauty therapy qualification preferred.
