Chanel seeks a Cosmetic Formulation Technician in Pantin. Join a dynamic team to innovate in makeup formulation. Full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Formulate innovative makeup products across various categories including complexion, eyes, lips, and nails.
  • Evaluate the stability and performance of developed products over time using internal evaluation services.
  • Anticipate and design manufacturing processes suitable for industrial feasibility in collaboration with process experts.
  • Contribute to technical monitoring of new raw materials and competitive product benchmarking.
  • Identify and implement raw materials that enhance sensory experience or performance, liaising with suppliers and considering analytical, toxicological, regulatory, and intellectual property constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Cosmetics (Bac +2/3).
  • Significant experience in makeup formulation.

Strong knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to seize opportunities and a critical mindset. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and a passion for innovation.

Experience

Significant experience in makeup formulation is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Cosmetics.
