Role & Responsibilities
- Formulate innovative makeup products across various categories including complexion, eyes, lips, and nails.
- Evaluate the stability and performance of developed products over time using internal evaluation services.
- Anticipate and design manufacturing processes suitable for industrial feasibility in collaboration with process experts.
- Contribute to technical monitoring of new raw materials and competitive product benchmarking.
- Identify and implement raw materials that enhance sensory experience or performance, liaising with suppliers and considering analytical, toxicological, regulatory, and intellectual property constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Cosmetics (Bac +2/3).
- Significant experience in makeup formulation.
