CHANEL is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Coordinator Intern for its Fashion Division’s Logistics Services team in Le Meux, starting January or February 2027. This internship focuses on operational process audits, real-time logistics dashboards, system enhancements, coordinator adoption, and Power BI reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design an audit tool for operational processes and manage the action plan arising from the audits.
- Identify all system requirements needed to monitor logistics activities in real time through tools such as dashboards.
- Specify enhancement requests, track delivery, and test changes to verify they meet requirements.
- Manage deployment and onboarding for coordinators.
- Improve the performance and automation of existing Power BI reports.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or engineering school.
- Curiosity, proactivity, dynamism, rigour, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, including the ability to make recommendations and provide practical solutions.
- Ability to understand operational needs through prior on-site immersion.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency with data-oriented IT tools such as Power Automate and Power BI.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
