Chanel Paris: Content Production Manager for retail activations. Lead cross-functional projects from concept to boutique execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end production of content assets for retail activation and in-boutique experiences
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, merchandising, and retail operations to align on activation briefs and timelines
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent content initiatives
- Liaise between headquarters creative departments and regional/store-level stakeholders to ensure on-brand execution
- Monitor quality assurance of finished content and activation materials before boutique rollout
- Track key performance metrics and provide post-campaign analysis to optimize future activations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional content production projects
- Strong understanding of luxury retail environments and in-store customer experience principles
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple departments and regions
- Experience with content management systems and digital asset management platforms
