Chanel Compliance Project Manager for Fragrances & Beauty in Pantin, France – fixed-term contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Safety Data Sheet (FDS) documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate compliance initiatives between regulatory, quality, and product development teams within the Fragrances & Beauty Division
- Monitor and implement updates to regulatory frameworks affecting fragrance and beauty product formulations
- Manage documentation workflows and ensure accurate archival of compliance records
- Conduct compliance audits and gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement
- Liaise with external regulatory consultants and government bodies as needed
Qualifications
- Knowledge of fragrance and beauty product regulations (REACH, CLP, GHS standards)
- Familiarity with Safety Data Sheet (SDS/FDS) requirements and documentation systems
- Understanding of international regulatory compliance frameworks
- Project management capabilities with cross-functional coordination experience
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or product safety within the cosmetics, fragrance, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred. Familiarity with compliance project management in a luxury goods environment is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or Life Sciences, or equivalent professional certification in compliance or quality assurance.

The successful candidate will be located in Pantin, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
