Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Communications team attached to the Laboratory of Fragrance Creation and Development in the preparation and execution of internal and external communications.
- Draft and adapt written materials — press notes, product fact sheets, internal newsletters and project briefs — translating technical fragrance concepts into audience‑appropriate language.
- Prepare visual and editorial assets for launches and scientific presentations in coordination with creative teams, regulatory and R&D stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of product launches, laboratory visits, press events and internal showcases, maintaining timelines and stakeholder lists.
- Manage and maintain editorial calendars, media lists and content repositories; ensure version control and brand compliance of all collateral.
- Support social and digital content production for fragrance initiatives, liaising with digital, PR and product teams to ensure message consistency.
- Monitor press coverage and compile media reports and communication performance summaries for the team and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or scientific information into clear, consumer‑facing copy.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive product and development information.
- Proactive team player with a collaborative attitude and an appetite for the beauty and fragrance sector.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience in communications, PR, editorial or marketing — ideally within luxury beauty, fashion or consumer goods — is preferred. Demonstrated experience producing written copy and basic digital assets is valued.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a university degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
