Role & Responsibilities
- Support the commercial/sales team with daily operational tasks including order entry, invoice follow-up and liaison with logistics and local stores.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance dashboards and inventory reconciliations for the Benelux market.
- Assist with pricing, promotional planning and the execution of commercial campaigns in coordination with merchandising and marketing.
- Contribute to account administration for wholesale and retail clients, ensuring data accuracy in CRM and internal systems.
- Compile market and competitor intelligence to support commercial decision-making and seasonal planning.
- Help prepare presentations, sales materials and briefing documents for internal stakeholders and client meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional requests (visual merchandising, stock transfers, customer service) to support timely resolution.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects to improve commercial processes and data quality.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to analyse sales and inventory data.
- Excellent organisational skills and capacity to prioritise multiple requests in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; discretion and attention to brand standards.
- Proactive team player with a client-service mindset and high standards of accuracy.
- Availability to work the full internship period as required by the local team.

Experience
Previous internship or part-time experience in retail, wholesale or commercial operations is desirable; entry-level candidates with relevant coursework and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, Economics or a related field.
