Role & Responsibilities

• Consolidate and upload sales data from local markets into business intelligence platforms with accuracy and timeliness
• Cross-validate sales information by comparing system data with local source files
• Prepare and share monthly performance reports detailing MTD, YTD, and budget variance with actionable insights
• Assess and track submitted purchase orders and distributor stock holdings, analyzing coverage periods and recommending improvements
• Support Area Sales Managers with order validation and provide critical feedback prior to final placement
• Monitor and report monthly end-of-life (EOL) volumes at distributor level
• Follow up on expense trackers with local markets to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
• Cross-check expense entries and flag discrepancies or overspending issues
• Update and improve commercial templates for new periods and assist local market teams with troubleshooting and consolidation
• Suggest new template formats to streamline reporting and consolidation processes
• Collect and validate documentation for UAE shipment clearance, coordinating with Supply Chain Executives for timely delivery
• Maintain organized files and reports to support seamless commercial operations

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, commerce, finance, or related undergraduate programme
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data consolidation and reporting
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities in English
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms or reporting tools is advantageous

Entry-level; no specific prior commercial experience required. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical aptitude and an ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree in business, commerce, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
