Chanel seeks a Commercial Coordination Assistant in Paris for High-End Joaillerie & Horlogerie support; 6-month internship beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor flows of Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie in collaboration with merchandisers and regional/market teams
- Coordinate stock receipts and shipments in collaboration with warehouse and transportation/customs services
- Update and maintain inventory tracking tools and systems
- Develop and maintain sales support tools and documentation
- Provide occasional support during Haute Joaillerie events
- Archive and track authenticity certificates for gemstones and manage their distribution to regional markets
- Serve as the primary reference point for regions and markets on gemstone certificate submissions
- Analyse and monitor items to be invoiced via the dedicated platform
- Participate in drafting sales reports for regions and global teams
Qualifications
- Current student in business school or university pursuing a final-year internship or second stage opportunity
- Fluent in English; expert proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Prior internship experience in an international environment
- Demonstrated sensitivity to and knowledge of the jewelry sector

Experience
Prior internship experience in an international business environment is preferred. Familiarity with the luxury jewelry and watchmaking sectors is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school or university degree programme, ideally in commerce, business, supply chain, or a related discipline.
