Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to collection planning and structure development by identifying and proposing product requirements aligned with market feedback, including functional specifications, pricing, silhouettes, and seasonality
  • Monitor product development from conception through showroom arrival, tracking product evolution, industrial feasibility, and pricing
  • Maintain collection structures (shapes and SKUs) and the modelario tool as the central repository for product information
  • Prepare consolidated information for strategic decision-making reviews
  • Define target pricing in collaboration with the Collection Merchandising Director
  • Support Retail Merchandising forecasts at the SKU level
  • Conduct regular benchmarking studies, competitive analyses, and consolidated strategic market readings
  • Partner with the Retail Merchandising team on in-depth category analysis and market feedback
  • Structure and verify showroom tools including non-conformity documentation, PLM coding, and PEPS systems
  • Contribute to collection video briefings by developing supporting materials, preparing product descriptions, and coordinating mannequin styling
  • Consolidate and transmit product expertise documentation to support collection communication
  • Support the Retail Merchandising team during market collection presentations
  • Formalize business insights to relay regularly to the Studio Collections and Product Operations teams
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to category development
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of team tools and processes

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in Collection Merchandising within luxury fashion
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated product sensitivity and strong awareness of sector trends
  • Rigorous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Fluent English communication, both spoken and written
  • Proven initiative and dynamic approach to problem-solving
  • Resourceful, proactive mindset balanced with respect for hierarchy and established processes
