Chanel seeks a Merchandising Intern – Leather Goods in Paris to support collection planning for petite maroquinerie, January 2027. Internship position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in seasonal collection planning and merchandise assortment development for small leather goods
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning across wholesale and retail channels
- Collaborate with design, buying, and sales teams to optimize product allocation and performance
- Maintain and update product databases, collection specifications, and merchandising documentation
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform collection recommendations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on collection launches and product lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a fashion, merchandising, business, or related program
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheet applications
- Demonstrated interest in fashion merchandising, product planning, or luxury retail operations
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

No prior professional experience required; interest in and understanding of luxury fashion merchandising is advantageous.
Education
