Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the client strategy for the local market to grow high-value client acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
- Develop client segmentation, lifecycle frameworks and personalised propositions in collaboration with retail, CRM and marketing teams.
- Plan, launch and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns and clienteling initiatives, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local nuances.
- Translate client data and insights into actionable programmes; set KPIs and deliver regular performance reporting to regional stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and optimisation of clienteling platforms and digital tools across stores and direct channels; coordinate training for boutique teams.
- Partner with merchandising, e‑commerce and wholesale teams to align product, pricing and promotional levers with client strategy.
- Manage external agencies and vendors where required; oversee budgets and ensure compliance with data governance and brand standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects and act as the local escalation point for client strategy enquiries from regional and global teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client strategy, CRM or client development within luxury retail, beauty or premium lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable track record of designing and delivering data-driven client programmes that improved acquisition, retention or spend.
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills, with experience coordinating across retail, marketing and product teams.
- Excellent analytical capability and commercial acumen; ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications preferred.
- Professional presentation skills and the ability to represent the brand with discretion and influence at senior levels.
- Proficiency in the local market language and business-level English; familiarity with local luxury consumer behaviour.

Approximately 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in CRM, client strategy or loyalty within luxury retail, beauty or high-end consumer brands, including leading cross-functional initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
