Chanel is hiring a Client Service Professional in Seoul to deliver exceptional client support and relationship management in a luxury setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and support across all touchpoints
- Handle client inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain detailed client records and communication history
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within a luxury environment

- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of experience in client service, hospitality, or luxury retail environments, with demonstrated ability to manage high-net-worth clientele and maintain confidentiality.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in hospitality, customer service, or business administration is advantageous.
