Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage order processing from receipt to shipment autonomously.
  • Update commercial and budgetary reports.
  • Maintain order tracking dashboards.
  • Administer the Travel Retail sales force database updates.
  • Coordinate daily interactions with internal teams such as Marketing and Sales Managers abroad for order and marketing campaign follow-ups.
  • Oversee accounting and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/ Bac +5) in a relevant field.
  • Experience in commercial administration is preferred.

Skills

Strong administrative rigor and ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent customer service orientation. Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken. Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is advantageous. Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. Methodical approach and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience

Experience in commercial administration is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/ Bac +5) in a relevant field.
